Seasonal Special at Souvla

Continuing its successful seasonal program of limited time only menu items, Souvla today launches its first-ever beef option - a beef brisket sandwich and salad, available now through December

The new brisket sandwich and salad incorporates traditional Greek flavors with the Bay Area’s harvest season produce, featuring tender, harissa-rubbed beef brisket, paired with oven-roasted eggplant and tomatoes, crispy chickpeas, feta and tangy pickled red onion. The sandwiches and salads are topped with seasonal beet and horseradish yogurt sauce that adds both a vibrant magenta color and a warming kick.

The seasonal special is perfectly paired with a bold, structured red wine handpicked by the Souvla team. The Alpha Estate Xinomavro showcases red fruit flavors, with leather, spice (vanilla, pepper, clove) and wood undertones, complementing the dish's Greek BBQ notes and capturing the depth of autumn on the palate.

The new brisket sandwich and salad are available now through December.
