Tom Kha: creamy coconut ice cream with lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal, thai chilies, chewy coconut macaroons, and ribbons of lime leaf caramel.
Chaat masala: coconut-cashew ice cream infused with tangy, savory Indian spices, topped with hand-shattered nut brittle made from cashews, pistachios, and roasted garlic.
Grapefruit Frangipane Tart: citrus-forward coconut ice cream with housemade grapefruit jam and buttery almond frangipane tart pieces.
Black Sesame Banana Caramel: a collaboration with Paper Cake Shop. nutty black sesame ice cream swirled with roasted banana caramel and layered with moist chocolate cake made with eggplant.
