Crisp, tart apples are blended with sugar, cinnamon and a splash of brandy and then nestled in our delicious croissant pastry. Finished with streusel and a dusting of powdered sugar they are a perfect summer pastry! Available while Gravenstein apples can be sourced from our local farmers.
